Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Wishkept is being built to help families through one of the hardest moments there is. We take the trust that implies seriously, and we keep our data practices small and plain. This policy explains exactly what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Right now, Wishkept is a pre-launch waitlist. The only information we collect is what you choose to give us on the signup form:

How we use it

We use your email for one thing: to write to you when Wishkept opens, and occasionally about the project's progress. That's it. We do not send unrelated marketing, and every email includes a one-click way to unsubscribe.

We never sell or rent your information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. Your email is not a product.

Where it's stored

Your information is stored securely using Cloudflare, our hosting and infrastructure provider, on servers in the United States. We limit who can access it to what's necessary to run the waitlist.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. We don't build a profile on you or follow you around the web.

Your choices

Children

Wishkept is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

A note on what Wishkept is (and isn't)

Wishkept is not a funeral home, an insurance company, or a bank. This waitlist collects only an email so we can reach you at launch; no funds, policies, or arrangements are handled here.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Because we're pre-launch, this policy will grow as the service does — and we'll always keep it in plain English.
